What are your delivery costs?
Shipping is kept to a minimum of between $3.60-$5.95 on most standard orders within the United States and Canada, more on the larger orders and internationally. All items ship via 1st Class Mail or Priority Mail. Insurance and a Signature Confirmation is used on ALL orders over $100.00. I ship worldwide so if you are from another country please feel welcome to purchase anything you like. International orders ship via Air Mail or Global Priority Mail (whichever is cheaper).

How long will it take to get what I order?
Normal delivery times are 2 to 3 weeks depending on your location and any customs delays that may occur. Rush delivery is available for an extra fee. Keep in mind that I am a one-man operation and only have so many hours in a day. Orders are filled on a first come, first serve basis, by date and time. I do my very best to get orders filled and shipped as soon as possible. I'm very good with communication and will always let the customer know if your order will be taking any longer than usual.

What about your returns policy?
Due to the high volume of DVD fraud - i.e.: the easy accessibility of duplicating and returning discs - I do not accept returns. Please note however that the majority of my business comes from repeat customers, as well as referrals, so customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance. EACH and EVERY disc is personally inspected before it is shipped out, but because of the occasional corrupted disc or postal service damage I'll happily trade out on defective discs.

How is the image and/or audio quality?
As most of you seasoned collectors are already well aware -- image, sound quality and imperfections in older, more obscure titles should be expected. It really depends on the condition of the elements (i.e.: source material) used to make the final product. The titles that are the most rare, out of print or have never been released commercially, may contain station identification markers, commercial snippets and/or a website logo. Some of the hundreds of titles offered here are not always going to be like your store bought DVDs, but reproductions made at your request for your private home viewing and are not made or meant for re-sell. When possible I denote the picture & sound quality. However, if you do not see any ratings and have questions about the quality of any title listed, please email me before you order and I will help you with any information you may need.
With regards to the TV-series I've put together some good, high quality sets with nice menus of some very rare and hard-to-find series. These sets were either transferred from uncut studio DVD masters, 16mm film prints or commercially recorded and with few exceptions almost all of them are commercial free.
* I'm always in the process of upgrading and updating the source material and the collection. If you think you have a title that may be of interest to me or have a better quality master, please drop me an email and maybe we can trade.

The following rating system is the standard guide used to rate each of the films.
10/10 = VERY HIGH DETAIL; DVD QUALITY
9/10 = VERY CLEAR, GOOD QUALITY
8/10 = GOOD QUALITY BUT SOME ARTIFACTS OR LOSS OF DETAIL
7/10 = LESS CLARITY BUT STILL VERY WATCHABLE
6/10 = IMAGE AND/OR AUDIO HAS LOST DETAIL
5/10 = IMAGE OR SOUND QUALITY POOR, BUT THE MOVIE IS A MUST HAVE
Will the DVD's work on my DVD player?
All DVD's are processed on high-quality DVD-R discs and Region Free, which means they will play on over 98% of DVD players worldwide as long it supports and/or both DVD-R or DVD+R discs. This also includes the major Gaming Systems (Sony Playstation and Microsoft XBox).
* It is the customers' responsibility to research their own DVD player's to see if their player will either support the DVD-R, DVD+R Discs and/or both before they order. There are no exchanges or refunds if you pick the wrong format for your player.
